This is exciting news for most of us. We've prepared some guidelines for you as you prepare to meet together again.

In the leadup to Australia's National Reconciliation Week (27 May to 3 June), LCA/NZ Bishop John Henderson has reflected on the 2020 theme, ‘In this together’. In his Heartland eNews (20 May), he encouraged us to remember that we are ‘one humanity, joined in Christ Jesus’. You can read the script of his message on the LCA Reconciliation Action Plan website. Here's an opportunity that doesn't come along very often. You can have your say about the LCA/NZ Constitution by participating in a churchwide survey or by making a submission. Visit the Constitution Review page before submitting your review response. But be quick. The survey closes on 31 May. Many people in your congregation and community will be experiencing some strong emotions and persistent questions that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the surface. Lutheran Media and LCA Communications have produced videos for this season of uncertainty and anxiety, especially for people who might be thinking more deeply about life, God and the things that matter. Please share the videos with your congregation and community.

Zoom has responded to worldwide concerns and has now improved its security measures and increased safety for users. Click here for details of the upgrades on the Zoom website.
