Everyone can be involved in this review by participating in a churchwide survey or by making a submission. Learn more before submitting your review response. There's plenty of information available for you all in one place. Is there someone you know whom the LCA could honour with this award? Our faith won’t prevent sadness or stress in parenting. But Jesus is with us through it all. In our March edition, members of our LCA/NZ share their experiences of parenting with God's help. LAST WEEK (15 MARCH) Share the story. Multiply the joy. Be an encourager. COVID–19 UPDATE The LCA/NZ Churchwide Office will be closed on Wednesday 18 March and Thursday 19 March. Staff will be working from home and will be contactable via phone and email. Lutheran Archives is closed for volunteers, researchers and visitors until further notice. The staff can be contacted on lutheran.archives@lca.org.au As you will be aware from media reports, the Australian and New Zealand governments are taking action to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID–19) around the two nations. We recommend that you stay informed of developments and enact any action that may be recommended by the relevant authorities. For information about the situation in Australia, you can visit the Department of Health website, or in New Zealand, go to the Ministry of Health site. The LCA/NZ College of Bishops, in consultation with other churches, medical professionals and the Commission on Worship (CoW), has offered the church some guidelines on worship practice in response to the threat of COVID–19. These can be accessed via CoW’s Worship Planning Page website here, along with a prayer petition suggestion and the ‘Intercessory Prayer in the midst of the spread of COVID–19’, which has been produced and distributed by the Lutheran World Federation. Also, a brief video presentation should be available to you by 20 March. The video can be shared at worship and with your congregational members.
